Turn off the television and get to the lake! SUP WF, a unique enterprise for the Wichita Falls area, is a family owned and operated paddle board business which allows its customers to buy or rent stand up paddle boards anywhere from one hour to a full day (with the signing of a waiver). The prices for renting equipment will begin at $20 
for an hour, $30 for two hours, $40 for three hours, $50 for half a day and $75 for a full day, with 10% of all proceeds being donated to The Lake Wichita Revitalization Project.
Although the business is starting their first full year, their original plans had to be put on hold due to the drought that Wichita Falls suffered for numerous years. The business was only able to open for a few weeks last year, but now SUP WF is excited to begin with its first full year! Beginning in April, SUP WF opened their doors on weekends from 10am – 6pm. Once summer starts, Kris Germany, owner of SUP WF, says, they will be open at least six days a week, if not seven. Along with these plans for the summer, Kris has said there are talks in the works with a local yoga instructor to begin a class of yoga on paddle boards in 2018. Another unique concept!
