Foodies flood the square of Graham, Texas as the 2016 Food Truck Competition of Texas kicks off. From lobster rolls to cupcakes food lovers unite to tackle it all. About 8,000 people gathered on Saturday to sample the best mobile food Texas has to offer. Food trucks from every corner of Texas turned the quiet square of Graham into a festive food lover’s paradise. Together, the food trucks provided hundreds of unique menu items giving everyone a chance to find something to chow down on. With so many tasty dishes the competition was fierce! Last years champion The Gypsy Kit came in hot with their Honey Siracha Chicken Tacos, but it was Watauga’s Bite My Biscuit who took home the gold. After a long day of endless tasty treats Pat Green and The Casey Donahew Band lit up the night with a concert to remember.
