Kyle Dalka is the new chef at Ganache Cupcake Lounge and the new chef’s menu is AMAZING! Kyle is on hand Monday through Saturday cooking up everything from steak and salmon to flat bread pizza and garlic fries. Pair this amazing menu with live music, art shows, and private parties to make a Wichita Falls hot spot for great food, drink, and entertainment.
How long have you been cooking?
I’ve been cooking for about 8 years total. I began my career in Indiana and after two years there I moved to Austin Texas to really get focused. I worked under some great chefs there and worked for a “from scratch” pizza place there for about four years.
How long have you been here?
My wife and I have been here for two years. When we moved here I help run a local restaurant and opened up our own food trailer. When the weather turned cold we decided to shut down the trailer and that’s when I started at Ganache.
And there’s a whole new menu at Ganache now?
Yes, we make our own flatbread dough and sauces. We redid the entire chef’s menu.
